Location, location, location. The home was comfortable and had everything one would need to enjoy a fabulous time. The art work in the home was incredible, just beautiful! Our party of four enjoyed every aspect of the home.

This was our second stay at this house. It is one of the best homes we have stayed in while in Santa Fe. It’s perfect for two couples as the house is arranged for privacy with the two bedrooms at each end of the house with a large spacious living area and kitchen in between. It’s close enough to walk to town yet in a private location.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos. Very well maintained with relaxing views off the back porch.

We spent 10 days in this wonderful house. It's in a good location near Canyon Road and downtown and has a great back porch with a view of the mountains.

Casa Bonita Rivera is a very, very lovely home. It exceeded our expectations by far. Spacious and elegant, and very well-managed. We enjoyed a very relaxing week. Its location is very convenient to both the plaza, and to the main arteries to other shopping in Santa Fe.

We have come in the late summer to this comfortable haven for a number of years. We love the different sheltered outdoor areas for reading and relaxation, the gracious facilities and the easy access to downtown.

We are two couples, who have been friends for over 50 years, but we live in Northern and Southern California. So meeting up in Santa Fe, seemed like a good idea to catch up. The house was perfect in every way. Loved the decor, the fireplaces, the view and the convenience to everything Santa Fe!

I stayed here for a month while working remotely. It was a lovely home, great location, with very generous master and guest bedrooms/bathrooms, and wood burning fireplaces throughout. The home was very private, allowing the large windows to remain uncovered all day/night. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner with guests. The outdoor areas were inviting and quite private. And, the radiant floor heating was incredibly nice during the cold November weather. I would love to stay here again on any future trips to Santa Fe.

The kitchen is well outfitted and the bedroom is spacious. We have the sun in the back deck in the morning and a dappled, quiet front courtyard in the afternoon.
Its an easy walk to a local park for a fun romp with the pup and an easy drive to the center of the city for food and shopping. Great location - close but quiet.

This home provided all that we could have hoped for in a vacation rental. It was clean, well appointed, and decorated with original art throughout. The layout of the house provides privacy for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house with the kitchen and living area in the middle. There is a beautiful garden like area in the front that is perfect for morning coffee and conversation and very private. This is probably one of the best homes we have experienced in our travels.

We stayed about 6 weeks in this lovely casa. It was superb. The location was fabulous. Close to the Plaza but also close to great hiking, which is what we love. Gorgeous views, and a wonderfully equipped and decorated house. They even have original paintings in the garage! What taste!

We really enjoyed this comfortable and nicely appointed house near the heart of Santa Fe. The bedrooms are wonderful and the kitchen is very high end. It is extremely quiet and has good views, but is a short drive to the square and other attractions. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location--we loved spending a month here. Lots of nature trails nearby and a short drive or easy walk to center of town. The pics are accurate, the management company is responsive and highly competent, and Santa Fe is magical. We would happily rent this property again.

The home is very well set up and in a great location. We had a few issues while we were there. Some got addressed while we were there and some not.
The oven did not close properly and allowed massive heat to escape and make the controls too hot to touch. The heat in the house was very difficult to control and we literally had to keep the doors to the master closet and master bath closed in order to keep the temperature in the master bedroom down.

So close and feels so far. Great layout to house and easy to entertain the family for dinner or sitting on patio. Could not be a better place for two couples because of the two separate wings.

We had a lovely stay at this exquisite and tasteful home. We liked all of the artistic touches and the location was ideal for hiking, biking and exploring Santa Fe. In addition, Santa Fe vacation rentals was welcoming and helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The recent fires in Portland, Oregon forced us to evacuate and scramble to find a home for ourselves, brother and dog. First a huge thank you to the management team who responded to my frantic voicemail messages on a Sunday and calmly helped take care of rental details over the phone. The house turned out to be worth the 22 hour drive - beautiful touches everywhere, a master bedroom flooded with natural light due to windows on all sides, each bedroom with its own lovely wood fireplace, a fantastic kitchen with every gadget one could need and a huge washer/dryer with all the necessary supplies. We only had minutes to throw clothes, etc. into the trunk of our car and having such a lovely and well stocked home was a gift. The online pictures don't do it justice - tremendous back deck, incredibly comfortable beds and a very convenient separate two master suite layout (both suites have their own walk in closets and large bath) for traveling as two parties. Biggest bonus is that they accepted our dog! The house was in walking distance to St. John's college (great trails to take from there) and downtown Santa Fe. We've made it back to our home and through our evacuation experience safely. We kept our sanity in no small part because of this fantastic house. I can't recommend it highly enough! And again, a big thank you to the management team for being so responsive and caring during an incredibly stressful time.

This is a beautiful home that is very well kept. Of all the rentals we've stayed over the years this was the cleanest and most inviting place we've stayed. There are so many little touches throughout the home that make your stay so nice. Kudos to the cleaning team and the management. The location is also very convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. We hope to return one day.

This is a great, very spacious house for two couples. It is extremely comfortable, has 4 fireplaces, and radiant heat. There are two split AC units in BR’s. I would be concerned renting in heat of summer, as living area has no AC. Also, there is no TV in living area. Both BR’s have TV, as in small den (which only 2 people can sit comfortably). That being said, will definitely book again! Loved the home!

We found the property to have all the amenities required for a fantastic visit. Whether you were occupying an inside space or an outside space it was very peaceful and relaxing. The property location also lent itself to all our favorite eating establishments.

This was our first experience with a VRBO and now the bar is set incredibly high. The house was perfect. Well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the courtyard, the back deck, the fireplaces. Everything was wonderful.

The house was very nice. Beautiful artwork everywhere. A very quiet location, yet easy to get to the action but an easy drive to where ever you want to go. Loved the kitchen.

With a bumpy start the management company did a great job finding us a wonderful rental. The beds, kitchen and living areas were perfect. The TVs and cable service was perfect for Thanksgiving sports watching with the family. The small outdoor area was secure and perfect for our dog to wander outside. Really great house and management company.
