With over 25 years of leadership in Santa Fe’s luxury rental market, Donna Jones White is the founder and driving force behind Santa Fe Vacation Rentals. After founding and selling several successful property management companies across New Mexico, Donna established SFVR to combine exceptional guest service with owner-focused management.
Her extensive background in real estate, construction, and executive operations ensures every property is managed with expertise and care.

Brien Sauchelli
Director of Operations & New Mexico Licensed Associate Broker
Brien Sauchelli brings extensive expertise in operations, project management, and strategic development to Santa Fe Vacation Rentals. With a proven record in managing large-scale projects—from facility design to renovation—he ensures every property meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and guest experience.
A results-driven leader, Brien combines cost control, quality management, and continuous improvement to optimize performance across SFVR’s portfolio. His structured yet creative approach allows the team to adapt seamlessly to the evolving vacation rental market.
Known for his collaborative style, Brien builds lasting relationships with owners, guests, and partners alike. He is a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker, a graduate of McGill University, a certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding at Ski Santa Fe, hiking in the Pecos Wilderness, and flying sailplanes in Moriarty.
Lauren Gockley
Director of Marketing & New Mexico Licensed Associate Broker
A lifelong visitor turned local, Lauren Gockley brings deep-rooted passion and creative vision to her role as Director of Marketing for Santa Fe Vacation Rentals. With extensive experience in hospitality, brand development, and operations, she combines strategic insight with a genuine love for Santa Fe’s culture and lifestyle.
A licensed New Mexico Associate Broker, Lauren bridges real estate and marketing with a focus on growth, brand visibility, and exceptional guest experiences. She develops and executes campaigns that elevate both property performance and customer engagement, aligning innovation with operational excellence.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, strengthening her analytical and creative approach to business. Outside of work, she is a classically trained chocolatier and dedicated culinary enthusiast who brings artistry and precision to everything she does.

All service providers we engage, including those for housekeeping, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and other specialties, are fully licensed and insured in compliance with New Mexico Real Estate Commission requirements.
We have maintained long-standing relationships with many of these professionals, some spanning over 15 years, with a consistent record of reliability and quality service.
We maintain rigorous standards for repairs and maintenance to ensure issues are resolved effectively and efficiently on the first attempt. Our process involves personally meeting each service provider at the property and engaging in thorough communication to ensure a clear understanding of the task at hand, thus minimizing the potential for misunderstandings and ensuring satisfactory completion.
