North Hills Casa

The house was perfect! My family loved it. It was easy to find and not far from everything we wanted to see. The people were amazing to work with. Highly recommend this property!!

Overall it was a nice home with three bedrooms as advertised. However, one room only had a double bed instead of the king that was listed. There were also handles falling off in rooms and faucets, linens not available and firewood not available as listed. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Great place, perfect layout for our family with 2 couples and one teen. House is very well maintained!

The property was beautiful and we were very pleased. It was well stocked with plenty of towels and blankets. The size was awesome too. Was perfect for three different families to have their own space. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North Hills Casa. The beds were comfortable, the living space was open and allowed us to all be together or cozy individual groups. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, that allowed us to prepare our Christmas dinner. We will be back!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at this vacation rental. The photos and description were extremely adequate! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a Thanksgiving meal. Great location! Short walk to Canyon Road and the Tea House plus lovely hiking a short drive away. We really loved everything about the house and especially the fireplaces! Thank you, it was a memorable week!! We all hated to leave the house after feeling so comfortable!

We loved the house. Three couples rented the house for a long weekend. It was perfect size and location.

Very convenient location to the downtown area and tons of trails nearby. So much to do, wish I could have stayed longer. House was clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. Plenty of place to spread out and open floor plan to stay connected. Wish it was a little warmer so that we could have enjoyed some of the lovely outdoor spaces, but the cool air made it perfect for a fire in the fireplace - such a treat for us! We were able to quickly drive to all the sights we wanted to see and enjoy some fun dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

We were 3 adult couples. The house is very comfortable and spacious. There were multiple areas to gather. Kitchen well appointed. Good water pressure in the showers. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, etc. Everything we needed was there. It’s an 8-10 minute to most places in town. A perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Had a great time staying at the North Hills Casa. Had everything we needed, plus more. Is not a close walk to Canyon road, but a short distance by car to all the fun spots in Santa Fe, including the hiking trails.

House was great. Like being in the wilderness but still only 10 minutes from the plaza. Nights totally silent thanks to the rediant heat. Only issue was use of water... kitchen water affected showers in both guest baths. The scalding then freezing water was a challange.

We stayed here in July and thoroughly enjoyed it. We made use of both the front and back outdoor dining areas which were very pleasant. The home was well maintained and clean, with individual, quiet air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living room--appreciated in July! I would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the North Hills Casa. We booked the house for the week prior to and including Christmas. The house was very warm and inviting and put us in the holiday spirit. A location closer to the Plaza would have been more convenient but we are hikers and the quiet / low traffic neighborhood turned out to be ideal for us. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Spacious, relaxing and quite.

The house exceeded our expectations in beauty, cleanliness and spaciousness. We didn't expect and were wonderfully surprised at the soaker tub and jetted tub. The outdoor spaces were a nice variety and we enjoyed them all - the back patio, the verandah/lanai off the dining area with fireplace (great for breakfast and hanging out) and the front courtyard with a grill! We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and worry free. Our favorite outing was on the Loretto Line Tours of Sante Fe (Trolley) - a 75 minute tour with an expert guide who narrated a lot of history, anecdotes and tourist tips. It was well worth the money - AND - they even provided some blankets for the cool winds in the early spring. The house is a short distance from anything and everything of interest and we highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful house. It's even more gorgeous than the photos make it look. The location was fantastic. My family had never been to Santa Fe before and we went just for fun. Santa Fe is a great city and this house made us feel we were getting the Sante Fe experience and helped make it a perfect vacation!
