This stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bath residence blends warm Southwestern architecture with upscale comforts. The fully remodeled chef’s kitchen features marble countertops and backsplash, a custom kiva-style range hood, brand-new appliances, and all the cookware and tools needed to prepare gourmet meals.
The primary suite offers a king bed, kiva fireplace, a peaceful seating area, spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private patio—ideal for morning coffee and birdwatching. The villa is located down a short walkway from the parking lot with some stairs along the way. The home has central air conditioning and heat and beautiful mountain breezes.
The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and under the management of the HOA at The Lodge and Villas.
