Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

30+ Days Prior: Bookings canceled at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the stay receive a full (100%) refund. 
 	14–29 Days Prior: Bookings canceled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the stay receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. 
 	Under 14 Days: Bookings canceled within fourteen (14) days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Basic Supplies Provided

We provide a starting supply of the following amenities: 

 	Kitchen & Cleaning: Ground coffee, paper towels, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, bleach, and Shout stain remover.
 	Molton Brown Sink Sets: Dish soap, hand soap, and hand lotion. 
 	Molton Brown Shower Sets: Hand soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
 	Bathroom Essentials: Toilet paper, tissues

Check-In & Check-Out

Accepted Answer

Units offer self check-in/check-out, and the property will have either a lockbox or a digital lock for entry.

 	Times: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:30 AM. 
 	Driving Instructions: Sent 3 days before arrival. 
 	Access Details: Sent 1 day before check-in.

Please make sure all doors and windows are locked before leaving. Otherwise, relax and enjoy your vacation until the very end!

Pet Policy

Accepted Answer

Dogs are allowed at select properties for a non-refundable pet fee. If you plan to bring an additional dog, please contact us in advance at reservations@santafevacationrentals.com. An additional fee of $100 per dog will apply.

Booking Direct vs. Online Travel Sites (Airbnb, VRBO)

Booking directly through us saves you from paying third-party service fees, which can add 10% to 15% to your total stay cost compared to direct booking.

Our Payment Schedule

Accepted Answer

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Any remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled check in date.
