Casa Abeyta (500CA)

We really enjoyed the house, everything was great. It well decorated and perfect for our family

We stayed at Casa Abeyta for a week. It was perfect for two couples. We really enjoyed breakfast on the back patio. The house is in a good location and it was within easy walking distance to Canyon Road and the plaza.

The house was in impeccable condition, and filled with lovely furniture and art, and luxury appointments of many kinds. Thought had clearly gone into how to anticipate any need, which of course we sincerely appreciated. (The only less-than-ideally-comfortable aspect -- for us -- were the beds: not just would we have much preferred king-size beds to the queens on site, but they were both much firmer than to our taste. Of course this is purely a subjective opinion.) Furthermore, management staff were immediately responsive to any questions/requests we had. Overall a wonderful experience!

Abeyta House was the perfect Santa Fe stay. The house is a timless
but authentic adobe. The house has beautiful light. We weren’t expecting
a beautiful dining room but it added to the spaciousness of the house.
I am an interior designer and was pretty thrilled at the sensitivity in which the home was decorated. The location was totally residential
but Canyon Road was five minutes away. The rental management was
very together,answering questions quickly and making sure we had arrived. We will be coming back to Abeyta house. We only wish it was fioe sale so we could buy it!

Had a lovely stay in this casita. It is full of charming features that capture the spirit of Santa Fe! We loved the beautiful back patio, the large dining table, and the location just a few blocks from Canyon Road. I stayed there with my husband and two children, but the property would be very well suited to two couples as well since each bedroom is very private and has its own bathroom.

We loved our stay at this wonderful adobe home in the heart of Santa Fe. It was perfectly appointed, very comfortable and spotlessly clean for our arrival. The communication and instructions from Santa Fe Vacation Rentals was top notch! The historic section of Santa Fe was a perfect location...very charming and convenient to walk to Canyon Road galleries and restaurants.

Perfect location. Well appointed for two people. Kitchen had everything you could need (though it would have been nice if some basic stuff (oil, condiments, etc) were there). Beautiful back yard with new grill. Only two complaints: (1) the place shows its age in a few spots and could be fixed/updated (some of the window cranks are broken, some of the plaster is missing in the second bedroom, tiles broken and missing in master bath), and (2) there is WAY too much furniture in the house; it feels like it's the repository for furniture from the owner's main house. We found that we had to move a lot of it to the second bedroom just so the house didnt feel cluttered.

This house had everything. Brand new appliances, comfortable furnishings. Clean and beautiful appearance. Delightful patio. All this and walking distance to town and Canyon Road

Well separated bedrooms for privacy. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. Nice linens, towels and decor. Loved the private patio for relaxing outdoors and letting our dog out. Host brought us sumptuous bathrobes after we asked for them. Very clean.

A great house, perfect location, loved having the little garden and the big gas grill to cook on. The house was very comfortable and very well maintained. Would definitely rent it again!

Looking for an escape for a week to Santa Fe, Casa Abeyta fit the bill. Relaxing, quiet, stylish and set up with lovely amenities, the home is a hop, skip and a jump from Canyon Road and its galleries and restaurants and a modest walk to the center of town and the Plaza.

We'd stay here again in a minute.

The house on Abeyta is a lovely home. I thought the location was very good. I was able to walk to Canyon Road. The Rental agent was most helpful.
