Santa Fe Vacation Rentals™ is a property management company that is fortunate to have had two predecessors, Casas de Santa Fe (1989 – 2008) and Casas de Ruidoso (1995 – 2004) all three owned, operated, and managed by Qualifying Broker Donna Jones White, who is featured in the All Things Real Estate Podcast with Sotheby's International Realty. DONNA JONES WHITE

Owner & Qualifying Broker In Charge

 In 1995, Donna introduced the property management company Casas de Ruidoso as well as Ruidoso Central Reservations to Ruidoso, New Mexico. These companies survived side by side until they were both purchased in July 2004 by a local Ruidoso real estate broker. 

Then moving on to Santa Fe, New Mexico in August of 2004, Donna purchased from Rand Page the property management company Casas de Santa Fe. The reputation and credentials Casas de Santa Fe was known for were maintained for all those years. The company was sold in 2008.

After honoring a two-year non-compete agreement, Donna launched a new property management company. Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, to former clients and guests, as well as new property owners and travelers to the Santa Fe area

As the owner/qualifying broker for the last 25 years, Donna also has eight years of legal administration experience, five years of executive management plus many years in the construction industry. These years of experience add to a wealth of knowledge and skill that create a perfect compliment to property management.

JASON WHITE

Associate Broker, Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping 

Mr. White was raised in the property management business and has been familiarized with every aspect of this business. In May 2012 Jason became a licensed Associate Broker with Santa Fe Vacation Rentals. 

Jason is responsible for overseeing our Maintenance and Housekeeping divisions as well as our guest arrivals and departures. He is a great asset to our business and works hard to accommodate our guest and owners.

Jason worked with the new owners of Casas de Santa Fe when it was sold in 2008. He worked with the new owners for 2.5 years. His experience during this timeframe provided an overall knowledge of the property management business from the perspective of the three new owners. 

As the Housekeeping Supervisor of the 5 Diamond Resort, Encantado Resort and Spa, Jason also interacted with the restaurant, catering, concierge, front desk, engineering, and ground maintenance departments related to guest and management issues.
